There have been times since I started blogging (including this one) where it’s gone dormant for a stretch and that’s mostly been due to my own inability to organize my thoughts in a way coherent enough to present to the rest of the world. This is different.
My Kid The Cadet will engage in what the Air Force terms a Temporary Ground Stop. The reason or reasons, for now at least, will remain classified, though I trust you know I would not do so lightly.. This is not a stand down borne out of waning interest or desire. On the contrary, I would like you to know that I have so much I want to continue to share with my USAFA family and I’ll continue to jump in on social media here and there.
Since you all joined me on this journey, I have tried to share the highs and the lows and be true to my emotions. Once I lift this Ground Stop, I promise to continue to do just that. I appreciate all the support you’ve given me and this project for the past several years and I hope that when I come out the other side of this, you’ll continue to do the same.
